Meet our Team
Jennifer Randazzo, CPA | Principal
Jennifer Randazzo (formerly Jennifer Rudisill) recently got married. Jennifer has been involved in public accounting since 2013. She received her Bachelor's Degree in Business Management from Golden Gate University in San Francisco. She also completed graduate work at Keller Graduate School in Accounting and Financial Management.
Jennifer is dedicated to the local community and has previously served as Treasurer for Healing Partners of the Central Coast (HPCC), Arthritis Research Coalition, Dentistry 4 Vets, and IMPOWER, Inc. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and California Society of Certified Public Accountants (CalCPA).

When she is not working, Jennifer loves to travel, read a good book, garden and enjoy her family.

Lynn Rombi | Office Manager
Lynn was born and raised on the Monterey Peninsula and has many ties to the community. In addition to her volunteer work, Lynn has worked as Office Manager for a real estate firm and as Director of Youth Ministry for the Carmel Mission Basilica. In addition, she was the Owner/Broker of Rombi Realty, and Owner of Your Companion Angel, which provided companion services to the elderly. In 2007 she received her Bachelor's Degree from the University of San Diego, and subsequently earned her Master's Degree in Theology from the University of San Francisco in 2010. As an Italian American, her greatest joy is cooking for her family: her two beautiful daughters and her two amazing granddaughters.
